AN epic stoush playing out on My Kitchen Rules is about to come to a boil, proving to be one of the most nasty bust ups in reality TV history.

The epic war of words between Jordanian foodies Sonya and Hadil and Sydney princesses Jess and Emma has been brutal, and will finally lead to an exit from the show tonight.

But the bitter feud is certainly not the first we’ve seen on Aussie silver screens.

These are some of the most intense fights reality TV has produced over the years.

MARK HOLDEN VS IAN ‘DICKO’ DICKSON

After his sacking from the Australian Idol judging line up in 2008, Mark Holden unleashed on fellow judge ‘Dicko’, revealing a bitter rivalry viewers were blissfully unaware of.

The two TV stars had a falling out in 2008, with Holden blaming Dicko for losing him his job.

“When I was fired, it was such a shock and I didn’t see it coming,” Holden said at the time.

“And I realised I’d been outplayed by Dicko. Dicko had completely put me in his pocket and then moved me around like a chess piece. He played me like a violin.”

Dicko was a judge on Australian Idol for the first two seasons before jumping ship to rival station Channel Seven.

He returned to Channel 10 in 2007 for the fifth season of Idol but he was only allowed back with Holden’s blessing, according to Holden.

The move backfired and when producers wanted to cull a judge for season six, it was Holden who was given the boot.

Holden also claimed that Dicko cut him out of a radio deal to host a breakfast radio show in Melbourne.

CHANTELLE BARRY VS EVERYONE

The members of Bardot, including Aussie golden girl Sophie Monk, were picked to be on the first series of Popstars, a talent show which set out to bolster a five-piece girl group to superstardom.

But it wasn’t long until controversy played out when member Chantelle Barry left the group and the show with no public explanation.

The rumour mill went wild in magazines and newspapers, with reports stating she had been kicked off because she was accused of stealing from other members.

She broke her silence six years later admitting she borrowed Monk’s weekly allowances a number of times but ‘forgot’ to pay it back.

RONNIE AND GEORGIA VS EVERYONE

It was the first cheating scandal to rock the hit renovation show, and followed a series of long running tensions between duo Ronnie and Georgia and other contestants.

The Perth couple came under siege accused of copying the design of their children’s room from Melbourne-based interior design store Norsu interiors, after contestant Jason was forwarded a photo exposing the similarities.

“So you’re basically calling me a cheat. Is that what your doing?” Georgia snapped.

Jason added more fuel to the fire, saying he’d noticed a “couple of extra people” leaving Ronnie and Georgia’s house in previous nights — and it appeared to be tradie friends the couple enlisted for help with the renovation — going against The Block rules.

The other teams turned on Ronnie and Georgia and they were also accused of stealing an iPad before the fiery argument descended into name calling.

Arguably one of the most iconic insult lines ever to be aired on reality TV, Anna practically launched the now go-to slur ‘moll’.

The Melbourne housemate on season 6 of the now cancelled show was the talk of Australia after famously declaring ‘game on molls’ to fellow contestants Karen and Krystal, who were secretly mother and daughter when they entered the house.

After all was revealed, Anna was annoyed that Karen, the mother of her enemy Krystal, would no longer share a bed with her.

They probably had the most stoushes out of any of the contestants — but one in particular was as low as they got.

Victoria had spent the better part of the season trying to track down the father who disappeared when she was a child, only to discover he’d died three decades earlier:

“Everyone has an issue with YOU, Victoria — not even your FAMILY wanted you,” Athena said to Victoria.

“The Greek community are embarrassed of you, and you’re the most hated woman in the Greek community,” Victoria spit back.

Then suddenly viewers see a producer in the frame, holding Athena back as she lunges towards Victoria.

“I’m gonna f**king SMASH you! Are you afraid?” Athena screams.

The crew member’s voice is high and panicked as she desperately tries to restrain her.

“ATHENA! ATHENA! ATHENA! YOU CAN’T DO THAT! ATHENA! ATHENA!”

She quickly emerged as the villain of series 4, engaging in multiple fights in her first week in The Bachelor mansion.

Keira Maguire, now a reality TV regular, reduced the would be winner Alex Nation to tears, accusing her of being over-the-top with bachelor Richie Strahan, and using her young son to edge ahead of the others.

She also launched a bitter smackdown toward fellow bachelorette Eliza St John, who after a number of bust-ups attempted to call Maguire out on her ‘ungrateful’ behaviour.

Maguire was plucked from the publicity trail within a week of the show airing because of viewer backlash due to her nasty comments on the show.
