The exercise will also present the contestants the unique opportunity to discover their ability to pitch their business ideas and to test their potential to convince judges and investors with their presentations.

Nene Amoako-Attah, while expressing his excitement to partner with the Nduom Groupe said ‘The Deal’ was a platform that assures the discovery, the nurturing and the unleashing of the next generation of enterprise heroes of Ghana.

“….With The Deal, when you leave you this programme, you leave on a high note that actually unlocks an opportunity for you. So when you go through this programme, it’s not just the winners that win. As you are going through you’re gonna have your mentors, have experiences and learn what it’s like to build a business- the marketing sills, the accounting skills, you name it.” According to participants who were asked why they showed interest in the competitive series, the common answer the run through was how passionate they were about entrepreneurship as well as help reduce employment rate in the nation.

Though auditions have not yet started, The Deal has received over 60 applications from aspiring business owners. Participants are required to carry their proof of age, business and nationality.
