Shushanna Mkrtychyan is looking for love on Bachelor in Paradise, but so far it looks like all she’s found is drama.

A preview for an upcoming episode of the ABC reality show teases a connection forming between the Uzbek competitor and Kamil Nicalek, who’s been dating Annaliese Puccini.

‘I don’t like to think about the possibility,’ Annaliese says through tears in the teaser trailer. ‘My heart is racing a mile a minute right now.’

It appears that Annaliese will accuse Shushanna of using witchcraft to try and steal Kamil away from her. She’s shown standing before a raging fire in which a photo of Kamil is burning.

‘It’s just been brought to my attention that you’re doing witchcraft and stuff and trying to put spells on us to break us up,’ Annaliese says in a conversation with Shushanna.

Wells Adams, whom Shushanna connected with briefly during season three of Bachelor in Paradise, jokes: ‘Just because she’s Russian doesn’t mean she’s a witch.

‘This is a Russian witch hunt.’

Who is Shushanna Mkrtychyan?

Shushanna Mkrtychyan first appeared on The Bachelor during Ben Higgins’s season. She was eliminated in the third week of competition.

She originally hails from Uzbekestan and currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah where she works as a mathematician.

After appearing on Ben’s season of The Bachelor, Shushanna headed to Bachelor in Paradise in the hopes of finding love in season three. She connected with Wells Adams, but decided to leave in the fifth week because she didn’t want to fight other women for someone.

Speaking with Glamour on her decision to leave the show, she said: ‘The first day I had so much fun and put myself 100 percent out there. Then the next day I woke up and felt like something was going on with me.

‘I want to be honest, I don’t care. At some point, I stopped caring what people would think or if they were judging me or that I’m running away from something. I think it had something to do with myself. It took me a whole day to decide that the right thing for me to do would be to just leave.’

During her time on the show, Shushanna was ridiculed by her co-stars. Wells called her a 'sexy Bond villain' and Ashely Iaconetti called her 'Euro trash'.

According to her Instagram, on which she has more than 17,000 followers, Shushanna is a fitness enthusiast, enjoys the beach and snow-covered mountains and is a big sports fan.
