Be warned: there is a lot of naked in this article.

The latest season of show that proves us U.K. telly punters are positively prudish has emerged - that is, Adam Seeks Eve: Promise in Paradise (or, Adam Sucht Eva, if we're being proper like and cultured).

The German show is the closest thing to ITV's Love Island - but it is very different to ITV's Love Island.

Where the English reality show might shove a bunch of pseudo-celebrities (however, mostly they're soon to be big BIG celebrities) into a house where they compete for a grand prize by falling in love and smoking a lot of cigarettes while sitting around in their cozzies, the German show goes four steps further.

Or, rather, four items of clothing less.

Oh, NOW they cover up... (

On this incarnation of reality TV, celebrities are made to ditch their clothes on arrival (contractually, they must be in the nude), while their sexy, sexy romps - which would be pixelated to within an inch of their sheets on UK TV - are left uncensored for the German public to bare witness.

This season, singer Melody Haase and professional kite surfer Marius Hoppe seem to be the token couple the show focuses on - and they weren't shy in letting their love just...hang out.

After locking lips in a romantic hot tub, the two took their heavy petting to a mattress conveniently placed under a camera, that captured, er, well, it captured everything.

They know cameras are above them, right? (

Melody said in regards to the evening: "The night in the lighthouse was interesting."

It sure, Melody. It sure was.

However, the two found their love was fleeting, as they soon endured a violent bust-up on the show.

While whisking themselves away to a private island where they could finally get some privacy, Melody fell asleep after battling severe back pain, and a fed-up Marius went to another bed and refused to get up when Melody went to apologise.

What followed was an argument where Melody spat in his face and pushed him off the bed.

Seems, in that instance, Adam didn't find Eve.

A hit on German screens, it's watched by up to 1.5 million people with fans spread across Europe - and its own international editions in the Netherlands, Spain, France, Finland and Hungary - all filmed in idyllic island locations.

According to a show description the show is about: "A man and a woman meet for the first time on a tropical island, bare-naked. Their profiles match on paper, but do they find true love in reality? A third person arrives after the two spend the night together, also naked, resulting in a duel to eliminate the other contestant. The chosen candidate gets the power in a last twist - to choose love or leave with money."

Then, only then, they get their clothes back.
